Start with the Star, or Start with the Set?

You know you want to make something. Maybe there's a print you're wild about... or maybe it's just a feeling — something moody and autumnal. So you open the fabric cabinet, you stand there, and the flailing begins. Pull a fabric, put it back. Second-guess. Walk away.

Here's what I want you to know: the flailing usually isn't a color problem. It's a starting-point problem.
